VINYL PRESS OPERATOR COURSE

(Facilities Management Option)

Do you love records? Are you ready for the opportunities in one of the fastest growing industries today? At Clampdown Records, our Vinyl Press Operator Course will not only teach you how to press records, but teach the machines and processes start to finish. Learning the chemical properties of PVC, how lacquers and stampers are made, how to operate and maintain today’s modern vinyl record presses and many other workflow strategies. We’ll give you the tools you need to succeed in this booming industry.

 

Take our extended program and receive training in Facility Management and Lean Six Sigma techniques. Lean is a process-improvement methodology that helps identify and eliminate non-value-adding activities in business processes. In studying Facility Management you will learn how to plan and control product inventory, maintain quality assurance systems, and use project management tools and techniques to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Fall 2021 delivery mode: in person only
Students must take courses in person. Fall 2021 courses begin the first week of October.
